For your satisfaction, we’ve established a return policy which lasts for up to 30 days. This means you can return a product within 30 days after you have received it and we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement.
To make returns, please make sure that your item is unused and in the exact same condition you received it, with tags intact. If not in perfect condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange your item. For further verification, kindly submit your proof of purchase or receipt to complete your return.
However, you will have to bear all costs of returns to our merchants in collaboration, with a proper tracking number for the parcel and we will not be held responsible over any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available.
Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through other retailers, items in good condition, or items damaged through customer mishandling.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
In case your item gets damaged while still in transit, you may send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to email@example.com. Providing proof of damage via video or image is required as this will be used to assess the damage and for us to easily come up with possible options for you. In most cases, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged item.
Upon careful inspection and verification of the returned items, an email will be sent to notify you regarding your item’s state alongside the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will undergo processing, then the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. Processing might take a couple of days to do.
Our 30 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy extends to cover the purchases done via this method.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
In case the refund has not been credited back to you, we advise you to double check your bank account again and to contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be processed.
If you have already done the possible options and you still haven’t received your refund, inform us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look it up for you.
If you suddenly decide to cancel your order, you are only given 24 hours to do so in order for you to get your refund. If 24 hours have passed, the only option available is to wait for the item to arrive before you return it back to us.
Important point to take note of is we only refund regular priced items. Refunds for items on sale are not possible.
